Michelle Minik:  I have been a licensed Arizona Real Estate agent for over 9 years, and have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 13 years. My business specializes in first-time homebuyers, investors, pre-foreclosures, short sales and REO properties.  I have received five special designations during my career, ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative Certification), CSSN (Certified Short Sale negotiator), E-pro (Real Estate Technology Certification) and SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification) and have my GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute) designation.  Continuing my real estate education has allowed me to achieve a Multi-Million Dollar production level since 2006. 

All of my clientele have different wants, needs and expectations, and I will do my very best to meet those expectations with personalized service, timeliness, enthusiasm and an overall passion for this industry.  This passion is the foundation of my no-quit positive mental attitude that many others find difficult to compete with.  My ultimate goal is to be one of the best Real Estate resources in the Valley of the Sun.

 I am dedicated to this venture because in the past 3 years I have really enjoyed teaching and helping others to achieve their goals.  Whether it has been helping a family through the stressful situation of losing their home to short sale, assisting one of my team members to complete a real estate transaction or locating an exceptional deal for an investor, my pledge to you is that this year will be my best…because it is my year to give to others. My focus will be to inspire both buyers and sellers to allow them to continually “move forward” by always looking to the future with a positive frame of mind.
